The ground rules for using entrepreneursedgellc.com, our free tools and guides, and our communications with you. Paid engagements are governed by their own written agreement.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Entrepreneurs Edge LLC (“Entrepreneurs Edge,” “we,” “us”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company. They apply to entrepreneursedgellc.com and its pages, our chat widget, booking calendar, online assessments such as the Quick Gap Finder, downloadable guides, and our email, text message, and phone communications with you (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
Consulting, analysis, implementation, and partnership work is provided under a separate written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these Terms differ, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer that becomes binding until a written agreement is signed.
The Quick Gap Finder, our guides, case studies, articles, calls, and anything else we provide for free are general information based on our experience. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or compliance advice, and they aren’t a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation. Decisions about your business, your patients or customers, and your compliance obligations remain yours.
Results vary. Examples, case studies, and figures on this site describe what specific businesses achieved under their specific circumstances. They are not a promise or guarantee of what your business will achieve. Any guarantee we offer is set out in writing in a signed agreement, with its conditions.
We work with medical spas, wellness clinics, and other healthcare businesses on growth and operations. We don’t provide clinical advice, and all clinical decisions remain with licensed providers. We design our work to avoid handling protected health information; if an engagement requires it, a Business Associate Agreement will be signed before any access is granted. Compliance information we share is an operational starting point, not legal advice.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and only in connection with a business you own or are authorized to represent. You agree not to:
When you contact us, book a call, or complete a form, you agree that we may respond by email, phone, or text message. Text messages are sent only with your consent, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP. Full details are in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any services.
The website, its design, text, graphics, logos, the Quick Gap Finder, our guides, and our other materials are owned by Entrepreneurs Edge LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print our free materials for your own business use, with our name and any notices kept intact. Any other use, including resale or republication, needs our written permission.
Ownership of deliverables created in a paid engagement is set out in that engagement’s agreement. Unless it says otherwise, you own the configurations, automations, dashboards, and reports we build for you once they’re paid for, and we keep the right to reuse our general know-how, methods, and templates.
Our work involves platforms owned by other companies, including scheduling, CRM, analytics, advertising, and the tools your business already uses. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, pricing, changes, or data practices. Links on our website to other sites are provided for convenience and don’t mean we endorse them.
Our fees are quoted in writing per engagement. Software subscriptions, advertising spend, and third-party vendor charges are never included in our fees; they’re paid by you directly to those providers and stay in your name. Any discounts, minimum terms, or payment schedules are set out in the signed agreement.
The website and the free Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don’t warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrepreneurs Edge LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website or the free Services, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or the free Services is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Entrepreneurs Edge LLC from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the website or the free Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter by direct discussion for at least thirty days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end your access to the website or free Services at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed engagement agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
