1. Who we are

Entrepreneurs Edge LLC (“Entrepreneurs Edge,” “we,” “us”) is a growth and automation consultancy based in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. This policy covers the information we collect through entrepreneursedgellc.com and its pages, our chat widget, our booking calendar, our online assessments and downloadable guides, and our email, text message, and phone communications with you.

By using our website or communicating with us, you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t share personal information with us.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and job title, when you message us through the chat widget, book a call, complete the Quick Gap Finder, request a guide, or reach out by email or phone.
• Business information you choose to share so we can help you, such as the tools your business uses, your goals, and details about your workflows or marketing.
• Messages you send us, including chat, email, and text message content.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data such as the pages you visit, the links you click, how long you stay, and the page that referred you.
• Device and connection data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen size.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 7.

Information from other sources

When we reach out to businesses that may benefit from our services, we may use publicly available business contact information, such as a company website or a professional profile, and business data providers. We use this only to contact you in a business capacity, and you can ask us to stop at any time (see section 9).

3. How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests, and to schedule and hold calls with you.
• To deliver assessments, guides, reports, and the services you engage us for.
• To send you information about our services, with your consent where the law requires it.
• To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
• To measure the results of our own advertising.
• To keep our website and systems secure, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

How you opt in. You agree to receive text messages from Entrepreneurs Edge LLC when you provide your mobile number and check the consent box in our chat widget or on one of our forms, when you give us your number on a call and ask us to text you, or when you reply to a message from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

What we send. Replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about an assessment or proposal you requested, and occasional updates about our services. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You’ll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email dan@entrepreneursedgellc.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers that help us run the business and act on our instructions: our customer relationship, messaging, and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), Google (Workspace, Calendar, Analytics, and Tag Manager), Meta (advertising measurement), email delivery tools, project management tools, and our website hosting provider. Each is permitted to use your information only to provide its service to us.
• Your own tools, when you engage us to connect or configure systems you already use. In that case we handle your data under your instructions and, where required, a written agreement.
• Legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers, if Entrepreneurs Edge LLC is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

6. Client data and health information

When we work with medical spas, wellness clinics, and other healthcare businesses, we design our work to avoid handling protected health information. If an engagement requires access to such information, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement with you before any access is granted and handle that information only as the agreement allows.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies in your browser and collect usage and device data as described in section 2.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences through your Facebook ad settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above: typically while we’re in contact with you or working together, plus a reasonable period afterward for records, legal, and accounting purposes. Text message consent records are kept for as long as required by messaging regulations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 9).

9. Your choices and rights

• Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Text messages: reply STOP at any time.
• Calls and outreach: tell us you’d like no further contact and we’ll honor it.
• Access, correction, and deletion: email us and we’ll confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing. We honor those requests regardless of where you live. Contact us using the details in section 13.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our systems and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and the adults who run them. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

12. Links to other sites

Our website links to third-party sites and tools, including our booking calendar and the platforms we recommend. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies.
